 Online registration for Fall Season Football & Cheer
Football: Early Registration opens May 1st and Closes Aug 1st. Late Registration opens July 1st and closes August 1st.  

Cheerleading: Registration opens April 1st and ends June 7th!

Practices begin the first week in August!

First games are scheduled for the Saturday after Labor Day in September with the Super Bowl and Fall Cheerleading Competition taking place mid-November.

Our teams practice at Niemietz Park Football Field located at: 618 FM 78, Cibolo, TX 78108 

OR 

Paul Davis Park: 20685 Grass Creek Road, Garden Ridge, TX 78266

Location will vary depending on lighting and field availability


 Currently we have practice ( 3 ) times a week for at least ( 2 ) hrs typically from 6-8pm.  As daylight savings and visibility interfere, coaches may adjust practice time to maximize visibility. Coaches reserve the right to adjust practice schedule periodically based on the needs of the team. Ample notice will be given.


  

Dragons Football & Cheerleading offers flag football for kids entering Pre-K and Kindergarten and tackle for kids entering first through sixth grade.

 - Mighty Might Flag/ Tiny Cheer: 5-6 years
- 8U Pee Wee 7-8 years
- 10U Juniors 9-10 years
- 12U Seniors 11-12 years

(age determined by age as of September 1st of that year)

*Cheerleaders will be divided into teams of 8-10 girls 


  

The team fee for flag football is $100 and covers the cost of your child’s game T-Shirt (personalized), game shorts, and practice flags. Game day flags are provided by the league. 

The TEAM fee for tackle is $200 for new Dragon Football players. 

The TEAM fee for returning Dragon Football players is $170.00.

The team fee covers your child’s custom game jersey (personalized), padded game pants, team shirt, helmet, shoulder pads (helmet and pads must be returned to Dragons at end of season). Game day uniform, team shirt and practice jerseys are yours to keep at the end of the season.  

You will be required to provide padded practice pants, cleats, cup and mouthpiece.

**PLEASE NOTE: The TEAM fee above includes the cost of a NEW GAME DAY UNIFORM. For the fall of 2025, all DRAGONS will require a NEW UNIFORM. Team fee will be less expensive for returning Dragons in future seasons when a NEW uniform is NOT required.  


Additional info:

* The league requires an additional fee for game field expenses, referees/staff and insurance. This fee is paid directly to the league after registration for DRAGONS has been completed. 


Payment plans are available for EARLY BIRD REGISTRANTS upon request. Please email us @ gogreen@dragonsfootball.org for more information regarding payment plans if needed. 

Dragons Football and Cheerleading will provide need-based scholarships for those that require financial assistance. Reach out to us via email @ gogreen@dragonsfootball.org to receive information regarding the requirements for the Dragons need based financial assistance program.


The TEAM fee for LADY DRAGONS is $200. 

The team fee covers your child’s fully custom game uniform and professional fitting, bloomers, 2 bows (1 custom game day bow and one pink bow for breast cancer awareness events/games), pom poms and practice shirt.  All items are yours to keep at the end of the season.  

You will be required to provide white socks, white cheer shoes, practice shorts and cheerleading bag (will supply links for ordering these items on team app).

**PLEASE NOTE: The TEAM fee above includes the cost of a NEW GAME DAY UNIFORM. For the fall of 2025, all LADY DRAGONS will require a NEW UNIFORM. Team fee will be less expensive for returning Lady Dragons in future seasons when a NEW uniform is NOT required.  

**The league requires an additional $60.00 registration fee that is paid directly to the league after the LADY DRAGONS registration has been completed.
