Our Story
Dragons Football and Cheerleading was founded in 2020 during the pandemic as a solution for youth football players and cheerleaders that needed a safe way to be social and play the game of football during a time when our children were locked in away from everything that they know and love! As a medical professional I knew and understood both the risks associated with the COVID virus but also the dangers that come with depression, anxiety and loneliness that comes along with our youth being locked in away from human interaction. Our youth football team and cheerleading squad were created as a community-driven initiative to teach kids the fundamentals of football and cheerleading, while instilling valuable life skills. Through teamwork, discipline, and perseverance, we aim to nurture not only athletes but well-rounded individuals. Our Dragon Family provides a supportive environment where children can grow, learn, and build lifelong friendships both on and off the field.

At DRAGONS Football and Cheerleading, we believe that sports have the power to change lives. We are in the business of BUILDING strong athletes that will grow into AMAZING ADULTS! We are dedicated to coaching our youth to be great players of the game, excellent students and even better humans! Whether your player is a beginner or a seasoned athlete, we're here to help them achieve their goals!! We believe in hard work, dedication, and a never-give-up attitude, and we strive to embody these values in everything we do.
